Welcome to Chestnut Meadows Association


Due to the current pandemic and cap on large gatherings the Chestnut Meadows Board of Directors has decided to postpone the annual meeting.  Annual meetings are generally intended to be held in-person, as annual meetings may be used to conduct any association business.   We have considered holding the meeting via electronic means.  We note that this may be logistically impossible, as it requires technology that would allow all owners to listen to and participate in the meeting. Additionally, while the Texas Legislature has made provisions for electronic meetings of the board of directors of a property owners association, the legislature did not grant a similar right for meetings of the owners.

The Board will revisit holding the meeting as the situation evolves.  The health and well being of our community is our utmost concern.
